About BiLingoPlus
BiLingoPlus is a small, independent software studio. We build focused tools for everyday work — Google Workspace™ add-ons, Chrome extensions and web tools — that each take one tedious step off people’s hands. They are free to start, ask only for the permissions they need, and are built and supported by the people who made them. The studio also publishes free reference sites and browser tools.
What we make
- Translate Slides with AI — a Google Slides™ add-on that translates the presentation you have open, layout intact.
- GridScoop — a Chrome extension that exports tables and data grids from most sites, including virtualized ones, to Excel, CSV, Markdown or JSON.
- Cardwright — a Chrome extension that turns highlighted text into flashcards — send the deck straight to Anki, or export it for Quizlet.
- HARScope — a free Chrome extension for reading HAR files offline.
Free websites
Besides the products, we publish 16 free websites. Eight are reference sites built from public data — car problems by mileage from NHTSA complaints, federal pay tables from OPM, school districts by ZIP Code from the Census Bureau, ICD-10 codes from NCHS and more; each one names its sources. The other eight are tools that run in your browser: worksheets, puzzles, audio tools, a tier list maker and others, with no sign-up. Every site names BiLingoPlus LLC as its publisher. They are all listed on Projects.
How we build
- One job per tool. Each product does a single thing and tries to do it completely — the whole deck, every row, the card already made.
- Your data stays yours. Our Chrome extensions work on your device. Where something has to leave it — the text a translation needs, a licence check — the product's privacy policy says exactly what, where and why.
- Minimal permissions. We ask only for what the tool needs to work, and say why in each product's privacy policy.
- A free tier that works. Every product is usable for free. Paying removes a limit; it doesn't unlock a crippled product.

Every charge — a purchase or a subscription renewal — can be refunded within 14 days, for any reason — see the Refund Policy. How this website handles data is in the Privacy Policy; each product has its own policy for what the product itself touches. Use of our products is covered by the Terms of Use.
