Privacy Policy — BiLingoPlus studio website

This website (bilingoplus.com) has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking pixels, and it sets no cookies of our own. The one exception is our checkout, and only once you open it: pressing a Get-Pro button loads Paddle's checkout script, which brings its own payment cookies and its own subscription analytics (ProfitWell/Retain) with it. Reading these pages loads none of that — we deliberately fetch nothing from Paddle until you ask to buy. What Paddle then collects is governed by Paddle's policy, not ours.

Kept honest the hard way: until 24 August 2026 our host injected a page-performance script on every page while this notice denied any analytics. We turned the service off rather than reword the promise, and verified the script is gone from every page.

• Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive exactly what you type — your name, email address and message — delivered to us by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms). We use it only to reply to you, never for marketing lists, and never share it with anyone.
• Email. If you email info@bilingoplus.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is useful, then it's just mail in a mailbox.
• Checkout. On a product page with a Pro licence for sale, the "Get Pro" button opens a checkout hosted by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's script loads on that page and sets its own cookies; your card details go to Paddle, never to us, and we receive only the fact of the purchase and the licence key it produced. We do not use it to track you across the site.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, requested page) to run the service — see Netlify's privacy policy. We don't access or analyze them.

Our products have their own policies

Each BiLingoPlus product ships with its own privacy policy describing exactly what that tool touches. For example: Translate Slides with AI — Privacy Policy. The short version of our house rules: minimal permissions, no tracking, your content is never sent to us.
