When you open a HAR file in HARScope, the file is read and displayed entirely inside your browser, on your own device. It is not uploaded, copied or sent anywhere.
HARScope requests no Chrome permissions and makes no network requests. It cannot read the websites you visit, and it has no server to send anything to.
